Eligibility

Description of Service
Playlist Buddy is a free tool that allows you to convert your Spotify playlists to YouTube. The Service requires you to authenticate with both Spotify and YouTube to access your playlists and create new ones on your behalf.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of California.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
